I see so many ridiculous wish lists these days, particularly on YouTube. Asking and hoping for sets that veteran Lego fans know have next to no chance of ever becoming reality. So no silly lists here from me, but there is one hope I hold, I go back and forth on it's likelihood however...

Ultimate Collector Series A6 Juggernaut...
So as you've no doubt worked out by now my single most desired set is, a UCS A6 Juggernaut. Now I am under no illusion that this is a bit of a long shot, for several reasons...
Lego has a particularly poor track record when it comes to Ultimate Collector Series Prequal Trilogy sets. To date there has never been a Revenge Of The Sith UCS set.
The repetitive nature of the build, so I am obviously referring to the wheels in this instance. At a UCS scale and level of detail they would no doubt need to be brick built.
Scale issues. The Juggernaut is quite a bit larger than most people realise, it is about as tall as a AT-AT and almost twice as long. So if we consider the size of the UCS AT-AT a Juggernaut seems incredibly unlikely at the same scale.
These three points are the main reasons I think this is unlikely to happen, however each do have a slight counter argument. Only slight...
While it is true that the Prequel UCS selection is dire, the release of the Republic Gunship is a glimmer of hope. As is the approaching 30th anniversary of ROTS.
While the build would be repetitive in terms of the wheels, a UCS set is mainly about display and adults understand this, adults can cope with repetitive aspects of builds especially when there's a pay off. Of course there is a growing number of adult collectors that a set like this would appeal to also.
Obviously this is a set that can't be to scale, certainly not in the way the AT-AT is. However I think a UCS version could still be large, impressive and not overly compromised. Perhaps executed in the way the UCS Slave 1, that set is slightly smaller than it should be but it is still no less impressive. The very fact the UCS AT-AT exists gives me a bit of hope for the future.
So am I just as deluded as the Youtube creators? Or is there actually a slight chance that one day this set may be a reality? Even while writing this I feel as though it's about 50/50, potentially leaning towards not happening. Fun to think about though, may the force be with you...
