A Chance To Catch Up...

So it is no secret that 2025 may be the most polarising year ever for Lego Star Wars. It doesn't matter which side of things you are on, there are certainly opportunities...

So of course 2025 is just business as usual for some Lego Star Wars fans. Some seem to be content with the way things are going, or excited by it. Sometimes I envy this particular fan, it has been some time since I was excited by a Lego set release. The last time I think would have been the UCS AT-AT. But anyway, hats off to anyone that enjoyed the summer wave, I hope it is living up to your expectations. Another possibility is that (like myself) you don't like a single set from the summer wave. In other words, the opposite. You might think the MTT is hilariously miss shaped and tiny and so on.

Essentially you are either buying Lego this Summer or you are not. If you are not, do not despair. The Lego Star Wars world moves quickly at times and it can be difficult to keep up, especially if you enjoy the customs market too. The approach I have taken this season is to catch up on what I have missed (Sail Barge Figures), and be poised and ready to enjoy the custom market with a budget, which seems like a rare thing. This has so far been a great approach to the year, it comes with the added benefits to of saving space and also money. It's worth mentioning that you could also attempt to upgrade the current figures in your collection, (providing you are not a Lego purist) with printed arms and custom weaponry.

Another opportunity present is that of army building. I have very much taken the opportunity to refine and add detail to my armies. Particularly the Imperials, what with the surge in minifigures due to Andor Season 2. More to come regarding that soon...
